Tenant Fees
Amendment of Tenancy Agreement
If you ask us to amend your Tenancy and we have to re-negotiate your contract, amend the term and/or update your tenancy agreement during your tenancy we will charge you £50.00 inc VAT

Replacement Keys
You will have to pay the costs for replacing locks or other security devices if you lose a key for the property This may include the costs paid to a third-party such as a locksmith. In exceptional circumstances we may charge you an additional fee of £15.00 per hour (including VAT).

Ending your Tenancy Early
If we agree to you leaving the property before your agreement has ended you must pay a fee equivalent to the ‘New Tenant Fee’ usually charged to the Landlord, details of which can be found on the Landlord Fee Schedule on our website http://www.rentrentrentlettings.co.uk/landlords.aspx and also displayed in our office. In addition, you must pay all rent due under your current agreement until a replacement tenancy begins. Overdue Rent
If you owe rent for more than 14 days, you will have to pay interest on this amount from the date that it was first due. The interest rate is 3% above the Bank of England base rate.

Any fees that remain unpaid will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of the tenancy.
