Nick - Managing Director

The business is principally managed by Nick who's success with Landlords is simply based on 'doing what he says he will do'. It is with this ethos that the business has grown by recommendation. Nick takes a hands on approach and gets involved with all aspects of the business including viewings, maintenance as well as principally dealing with Landlords. Outside of work Nick convinces himself that his occasional running, walking, rowing (ergo) and spinning keeps him fit.

Tom - Lettings Manager

Wishing he'd be born in the 1990's so he could go and see his favourite bands.....instead Tom joined Rent Rent Rent in July 2024 after completing his A Levels in Business Studies, Law and History. He is confident and outgoing with a kind, thoughtful and humorous nature. Tom's role as Lettings Manager ensures the day-to-day running of the business goes without a hitch including landlord enquiries, weekly office audits, viewings, inspections and maintenance. In his free time he enjoys travelling, live music as well as socialising with friends and family.

Liga - Lettings Negotiator

Joining in April 2026, Liga is the newest member of the team and is a calm friendly voice you'll hear when you call the office. Moving to the UK in 2010 from her native Latvia, Liga has worked in a variety of roles. She has an active interest in property and prior to buying and rennovating her own home, was a tenant of Rent Rent Rent. As Lettings Negotiator she undertakes property viewings, inspections and deals with a variety of maintenance issues. She is also responsible for ensuring all certificates are up to date which she does with a big smile! She is a kind hearted, people focused and family orientated person with a positive, can-do attitude.
Outside of work, she loves board game nights with her family and friends, exploring nature on long walks, and relaxing on coastal holidays (when we let her leave the office!).

Sarah - Director

Supporting the back-office functions of the business, Sarah also gets involved with viewings and additional administrative tasks including book-keeping. Sarah works part-time and the rest of the week she can be found in the French Riviera drinking champagne.....that is until she wakes up and realises its a work day!

Max - The Rent Rent Rent Dog

Despite what he'd like you to think, Max has no clue about property maintenance whatsoever, or anything to do with property. However if you give him a treat he'll promise the earth and still won't do anything. Please call the office if you have a problem and try not to be sucked in by those puppy dog eyes!
