Where do I start, can't recommend them enough, absolutely brilliant letting agency.
I'd previously being using one of the big boy agents when renting in West Bridgford and although experience was good at the start once problems occurred I was passed from person to person and nothing ever achieved. I moved to Newark during a lockdown in COVID times as a single female and had never even visited the place before. I didn't have to worry as Rent Rent Rent made the process run smoothly and went out of their way to fit in with my schedule.
During the several years of renting with them any tiny issue was dealt with immediately and I really mean that. Example being New Years Day woke to find boiler wasn't working and a very cold day, messaged them and within the hour I had a phone call to resolve the situation, thanks so much for that .
They are very approachable people and you get know them well as such a small friendly team/company. It was sad times when I handed my keys back as they felt like family in the end. I would of been more than happy carrying on renting with them but had purchased my house by then.

We have been tenants with rent rent for 10 years, in the same house. In all that time, anything that has needed repairing has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Yesterday I reported that our built in oven was unable to change temperature, we established it was 20 years old! Nick was out today with a new oven and had it fitted and fully working within an hour or so. Earlier in the year our boiler began having intermittent issues, Nick quickly got us an engineer out and after several attempts to try and repair the old boiler it had to be replaced, our fence blew down earlier in the year, Nick was out in the garden with a new fence post and quickly repaired it for us. Nothing has ever been left broken once it has been reported and I can safely say that we will always be tenants of rent rent for as long as they keep us, due to the efficiency and also the professionalism and respect they give us.
