My name is Nick Bell and I set up and have operated Rent Rent Rent Lettings since 2009. Since then we have established ourselves as a successful Independent Letting Agent specialising in Residential Property Lettings in Lincoln, Newark and the surrounding areas.
We offer a genuine no-nonsense, jargon-free personal service and are not dictated to by complex computer systems.
We are a people business and people deal with us because of who we are. We offer the flexibility to ensure we meet the needs of both our Landlord and Tenant clients.
We both have a hands-on approach to managing property and engage the right balance of technology and good old fashioned customer service to ensure you have a great experience whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant.
In 2019 we celebrated our 10th BIRTHDAY and as a Landlord myself I have 24 years experience of managing my own properties. As a result of our experience we know that matching the right tenant with the right property is one of the most important aspects of successful property management.

Nick Bell - Managing Director
The business is principally managed by Nick whose success with Landlords is simply based on 'doing what he says he will do'. It is with this ethos that the business has grown by recommendation. Nick takes a hands on approach and gets involved with all aspects of the business including viewings, maintenance as well as principally dealing with Landlords. Outside of work Nick enjoys running, rowing and spinning as way of keeping (relatively) fit.
Jo Callaway - Lettings Manager
Jo joined Rent Rent Rent Lettings in June 2021 following an impressive 14 years experience in estate agency. She has worked at all levels from negotiator through to Branch Manager having full responsibility of her own branch. She manages the day-to-day running of our busy Newark office and thrives helping clients find a home that's perfect for them. When she's not running around at work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Sarah Bell - Director
Sarah supports the business with the back office functions and also gets involved with viewings and dealing any additional administration including book-keeping.
Max - The Rent Rent Rent Dog
Despite what Max might like you to think, he has no clue about property maintenance whatsoever. If you give him a treat he'll promise the earth but still won't do anything. Please call the office if you have a problem and don't be sucked in by those puppy dog eyes!
